Building of a cost-effective system to monitor the quality of the technical network and mobile communication services.

Solution

Building the Big Data platform for near real-time data collection of log files from 6 HW vendors, transformation, storage, and presentation of information. Organizing the virtualization layer – to address the issues of multi-channel data integration and holistic representation of data stored in varied sources.

Based on the collected parameters, the system provides over 1 million data processing operations on various objects per day, calculates KQI/KPI and delivers data for the web-based dashboards in near-online mode, as well as generates over 65 reports and prepares showcases for ВI systems.
